The acquisition of a property abroad may rightly raise some concern for those who do not know the country; although part of the EU, Bulgaria does not have the same legislation as France and Belgium. That is why we decided from the very beginning to secure each contract transaction by being systematically advised by French-speaking lawyers, notaries and accountants.

For the same reasons, all our prices are VAT included. All fees are included too. No bad surprise, so you will not have € 1 more to pay than the prices posted on our site.

We are also available to advise and help you choose your accommodation on site and your transport; for example: flight Paris - Sofia (3h) from 45 € (round trip). We also offer a new service for an easier first approach: the visit of the property that interests you by a live video with one of our advisers (via Viber, Whatsapp or Skype).
